Manage the full life cycle of recruitment comprising sourcing, headhunting, interviewing and offer management to onboarding process
Manage recruitment pipeline, including resource needs, coordinating and organizing and hosting recruiting events with industry partners.
Source passive candidates via different platforms, build and maintain network with potential candidates for future anticipated roles
Promote employer branding by overall taking in charge of not limited to company social media platforms, build relationships and candidate pipeline by attending networking events, user groups and industry specific interest groups
Design and execute diversity and inclusion, graduate and internship hiring roadmap
Assist with other HR duties when needed.
At least 3 years or above experience in technology recruitment either in technology/digital company or headhunting firm
Strong expertise in software technology recruitment and experience in senior/experienced hires.
Solid interview skills with ability to screen candidate technical and culture fit
Ability to handle with high volume recruitment whenever needed
Ability to influence leaders and senior management and build trust
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
